There is a "Support" option, which does list the CDKey issue, but just directs me to the old obsolete stickied thread I just mentioned. Now we have "Games" instead of "Library" and my NWN and NWN2 do not have a "More" option to choose from. So I've checked the 10-page stickied thread, but the most recent posts are from 2016 and direct us to go to "Library -> Neverwinter Nights -> More -> Serial Keys.
